ChocArtist – Chocolate Artists that believe in the joy of making and the joy of giving
We’re a small team of dedicated enthusiasts, driven by a passion to build, design and create. The chocolate gift industry has gone through some positive development in recent years with an increase of small, niche chocolatiers making chocolate bars or bonbons that are healthier or tastier than the mass produced treats we have all been accustomed to for decades of blind consumption.
Sadly, this increase in quality has not been paired with substantial progress on the visual side of chocolate. Chocolate start-up ChocArtist – part of the Royal Campden Group – was founded at the beginning of 2025 to make a small but important impact on the chocolate gifting industry, providing people with the chance to gift a chocolate gift that is truly unique and beautiful. Our Mission
We believe that real beauty always wins
Don’t they look beautiful? Is that all chocolate? Is it safe to eat? Although beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as far as we are concerned the answer to all these questions is a big “Yes!”. We use high quality Callebaut chocolate for our frames and artwork. We print a thin layer of edible and food safe coloured cocoa butter on a sheet and transfer it onto the artwork base. Et voila, your very own piece of chocolate art is ready. Who do you know that would love to receive a gift like this? Or should we ask “Who wouldn’t like to be given such a pretty and artistic gift?

We believe that when making something as special as these items they must be of superior quality chocolate. That’s why we use premium Callebaut chocolate for all our products.
Do you offer cash on delivery service?
No, our delivery partner do not provide this service and all payments are made at the moment of purchase. We provide many payment options to try and cater for your needs.
I changed my mind. How can I get a refund?
As per rules on perishable goods, sadly it is not possible to cancel and return your order once it has been sent. No refund will be given in this case. You will receive a confirmation by the shipping company once the item is received by them for processing and delivery. If you cancel your order before we hand it over to the shipment partner we are happy to cancel the order at no cost to you. This is generally within the first 4-10 hours from the moment of order.
If you have ordered a customized item- it is not possible to cancel as it is personalised and we cannot cancel it once production has commenced. Once the status has moved to ‘in production’ we sadly cannot cancel your order.
Please reach out to us via our contact form or by sending an email to hello@chocartist.com as soon as possible so we can try provide a part refund if your item has not been shipped.
How can I order product from your website?
Simply choose one of the many premade artworks or navigate to one of ‘Design your own’ products. Once happy with the chosen design you should choose the chocolate type for the frame and then click ‘add to basket’. You can then continue shopping for more products or go to your basket. You can do so by clicking on the floating shopping trolly symbol at the bottom left of your screen, click on ‘view basket’ or click on ‘cart’ at the top menu.
Proceed to check out to fill out the delivery details and choose a payment option that best suits your needs. We will process and deliver your unique gift as quickly as possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation after my order?
Yes, you should receive an order confirmation by email within 20 minutes after completing your order. Please check your SPAM folder as the confirmation email may have ended up there. If you have not received an email please reach out to us through our contact form or by sending an email to hello@chocartist.com so we can investigate.
Do you have a vegan chocolate option?
Yes we have a dark certified vegan premium chocolate available that we could use for both the frame and the artwork. Please contact our customer service team on hello@chocartist.com with your design and we will custom make your 100% vegan gift for you.
Is your chocolate halal?
Yes our chocolates are certified Halal and Kosher. The choclate is also gluten free and vegetarian.
I have a gluten or nut allergy. Can I still purchase your chocolate?
Yes the chocolate we use is also gluten free, nut free and suitable for vegetarians. We have dairy free options available however the chocolate will be produced in an area where there is also dairy chocolate.
