In the UK, consumers have statutory rights to a refund if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described. These rights apply to goods bought from a UK seller, regardless of where the retailer is based.Â
Due to your purchase at Chocartist is of a perishable food item, we do not accept returns of any item unless you can prove the item is faulty or not as described.Â
We care about the quality of our products and have processes in place to ensure you receive an item that meets the high standards we set for ourselves and our products. As every product is completely handmade and due to the nature of the ingredients, moulding and printing processes we use, every item will be slightly different and may contain minor blemishes, marks or imperfections. If this is the case, it will not impact the food quality and it should always be completely safe to consume. By purchasing any of our items you accept that there may be minor imperfections. You also accept that you do not hold ChocArtist accountable for any damages occurred during transit. If however you are not satisfied with your product and feel the product is not as advertised or faulty, and you wish to receive a refund, we request you to contact us directly but no later than within 72 hours of receipt by email on hello@chocartist.com accompanied by an explanation of why you request a refund and at least 2 clear pictures of the defect product. If your product is indeed faulty we will provide a full refund within 5 business days of the decision.
