Thank you for your interest in our beautiful handmade pieces of art, completely made out of chocolate (and coloured cocoa butter)!

One of the great things about ordering your very own ChocArt is that you can create or choose your design and order from the comfort of your own home, and have them delivered to any address.

Picking and packing

All delivery times are estimates only and we will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of your order.

Please note a “Working Day” is defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday excluding public holidays in the UK.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched and with the courier, you will be sent the tracking information to follow and track your parcel delivery. We use Royal Mail as our preferred delivery partner.

Delivery Note

All our orders are checked and double checked before being shipped. If you believe that there is an incorrect or missing item in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. If you notify us outside of this period, we may be unable to resolve the issue. 

Issues with delivery

We are not responsible for any issues between yourself and the delivery company. Please resolve any issues with Royal Mail or your local delivery company directly. If you think we can help, please send an email to hello@chocartist.com so we can look into it.
